Louisiana and the first chairman of the board. This award honors
Mr. Bouligny’s unparalleled work and his achievements by recognizing
the potential of a student who has exhibited exceptional gifts and
talents. This student should be a graduating senior who has
successfully demonstrated capabilities of performing tasks that are
necessary to fulfill professional endeavors.
