CEU Approval / Reapproval Application

Use this form to submit courses for Louisiana HSW continuing education approval or reapproval.

  • Courses already approved by IDCEC or AIA: $10 application fee + $5 credit card processing fee
  • Courses not currently approved by IDCEC or AIA: $100 application fee + $5 credit card processing fee

Applicants will be sent an automated email to the payment page immediately after submitting the application.

IMPORTANT: An automated email will be sent to the email address submitted containing payment links. The subject of the email will be LSBID CEU PAYMENT LINK. It may go directly to your spam/junk box. Please be sure to check there. MULTIPLE COURSES TO APPROVE? Do not use the automated payment link email for 1 course. Submit multiple applications and a one time payment link will be sent manually from the board office so you will only be charged 1 credit card fee.
